Happy Summer Solstice!

Today is the first day of Summer and I thought it would be appropriate for a new banner/layout since I'm way overdue.

New Banner

A new banner for February.  I don't think I like it too much so I might be changing again.  I've decided to do a new banner at least every month to correspond with that current month.

With Florida only days away, I thought I would change my banner again.  Simple, I know.  I'm still getting used to playing with Photoshop.  Thanks to those who gave me tips!

My First Real Banner

I made my first real banner today!  I know it's simple and basic and elementary, but I like it!  I downloaded a trial of Photoshop Elements 7 to try for 30 days and man, I need help learning how to navigate through it.  It's fun to play around but can be frustrating too when you want something to work and you're not quite sure how to do it.  Does anyone who uses Photoshop have any tips for using it?  How did you learn how to use it?
