FIVE

Five years ago today I went live with my blog.  There's definitely been ebbs and flows with the pace of the posts and ups and downs with the mood of the posts.  That's what the day in the life of Dana Leigh is about.

I thank you for those that have been with me since the beginning as well as those that think my life is interesting enough to read about.

I don't have any plans of quitting for now but let's take it one year at a time.

Four Years

Today is my blog's four year anniversary.  I spend quite a bit of time writing this blog and of course taking pictures for it and I can't imagine my life without it.

Thanks to all of you who've stuck with me through the years.  I don't plan on quitting any time soon.

Tres Años

Tres años en Español = Three years in English.  That is how old my blog is today.  I went live on July 1st, 2008 and I some days I can't believe that I kept up with it this long.  Blogs can be a lot of work but I'm glad I've stuck with it over the years.  Thanks to all of you that read my blog on a frequent or not-so-frequent basis.  I write for me but I write almost as much for you too. Thank you everyone!

Have a great Independence Day weekend!

Blogiversary

My actual blogiversary came and went a week ago but I thought I'd recognize it anyways. I went live with my blog on July 1st, 2008. Since then, I've posted 420 entries. I've never claimed to have the most traffic on this blog as I know my readers don't encompass a large group, however with over 20,000 page views and almost 12,000 visitors, it makes me happy that some of you are here to stay. Thank you!

Happy Blogiversary to ME!

Happy Blogiversary to me! Blogiversary is an actual word in the online Urban Dictionary.

It was one year ago today that I went "live" with my blog. While I started blogging in June 2008, I did it for three weeks before letting all of you super fans know about it. I wanted to make sure I would continue doing it.

I hope you have enjoyed what I have written about, taken pictures of and shared with you over the past year.

I am happy with myself that I have kept up with the posting on a regular basis (this is my 235th post) and I have hardly run out of things to talk about or show you about my life. And there's plenty more material!

If you've never left a comment, that's fine but here is the perfect opportunity to make me happy and leave your first comment on my milestone. I want all of you to leave a comment!

Here's to another year (at least) of blogging and you being my readers! Thank you so much to all that read my blog!!
