May 2014 - Random
I bought a super cute Coach purse.
I got a bulge in my tire. The tire that was only 10 months old that had to be replaced. Stupid pot holes.
I love this man because he loves to have fun and will climb into a sculpture just so I can take the picture.
The salmon and cream cheese wrapped in English cucumbers just looked pretty. This is my fancy version of pickles wrapped in ham or pastrami and cream cheese.
Pretty cemetery picture from my dad's headstone. I love cemeteries and have always been fascinated by them. I call them gardens of stone.

Productive and Fun Weekend
I had a super great weekend November 22-24th. There was nothing in particular that made it special except for the fact that I didn't have anywhere to go and the whole weekend was on my terms. Sometimes you just have one of those weekends and this was one of them.
FRIDAY:
Friday started out awesome as Carrie and I both had pink hoodies on. Oh, we sit right next to each other too.
I successfully ate a pomegranate. I had never eaten a pomegranate until earlier in the week. I bought it a cup of them seeded already and I thought they were strange. Juicy but crunchy. Turns out I love them. How I went this long in life without eating a pomegranate, I don't know. Have you eaten one before? I've had another one since this weekend and I have two more on my counter waiting for me. Good thing they're in season from September to January because I plan on buying a bunch.

I made an awesome organic, grass-fed steak salad for dinner. So.delicious.
I got my monthly essential oils order on Friday as well. Fuzzer was just as excited. I can't believe I haven't talked to you guys yet about essential oils. That day will come soon.
SATURDAY:
This would be the last day I would see this car. I sold it. I should have sold it months and months ago but I just didn't get to it. Craigslist is the best. Goodbye, Killer Bee.
I got to see the new $100 bills. I thought they were fake and had to verify with Michael before I accepted them from the buyer. That shows you how often I have a $100 bill in my possession.

It's a little bit of work to get the seeds out but it's worth it. Watch out for your clothes though. Those puppies stain everything.
I wrapped 85% of my Christmas presents. Yep, I started shopping in late September here and there and man, does it feel good to be pretty much done. Just a couple of last minute things and I can sit back and enjoy the holiday season with no stress. I can't say I've ever had my presents wrapped a week before Thanksgiving and before the tree is up.

Random Schmandom
I had an incredible long weekend last Thursday through Sunday but to be honest, I don't have a lot of energy to write about it now so you have to settle with this until then. I've had some neck/back issues and today I stayed home from work because I thought I had the flu. I still haven't eaten or drank anything today in fear of not keeping it down. Woe is me.
95 degrees in September feels way better than 95 degrees in July. We had over 30 days of 90+ degrees this summer.
A carrot from my lunch at work. Imagine the possibilities of what it looks like; legs, fingers, legs with butt, etc. How exciting.
One of my coworker's brought in their dog to the office. It's always funny seeing a dog in an atmosphere where it doesn't belong.

Happy Friday
My coworker sent these to me this week and I think some of are neat. You've probably already seen some of these but the one thing I'm not going to do is eat Oreo's with a fork! But then again, I'm not dipping them in milk either. Yuck!
Enjoy!
Enjoy!

Random Schmandom
We found a new local breakfast place in Little Canada where we live. It's the cutest little place inside and they even give you complimentary baby donuts before your meal.
My latest iphone case in Paisley Meets Plaid. Love! I've loved paisley ever since I was a kid.
We stopped at giant yellow barn on the way back from Mankato a few weeks ago. I loved their new display of movie theater candy as well as I didn't love some of the flavors of pop they offered!
Michael's beer cellar is coming along nicely...

One of the best things about summer? Tomatoes! Thanks for my coworker for about 20 tomatoes recently!
| This is my kind of humor and yes, our cat lays on our table. He thinks he owns the place. |
My nephew has a new pair of glasses that fit him perfectly.
Some water, cashews and some seasonings in the blender makes a wonderful vegan, raw alfredo sauce!
My lovely neighbor Julie gave me a beautiful bouquet of flowers and some veggies from the WBL farmer's market. The veggies were yummy and the flowers brightened my days!
I love taking pictures of pretty colored food. My massive salad!
