Nature has always been peaceful and a sanctuary for me but in the last few weeks, it's meant even more. Here's some pictures from two separate occasions, both at the same place...Vadnais Lake.

Loons are so badass! I love seeing them out on lakes aka 'in the wild'.
if you need a friend... call/text/email/etc. me. we can get together and talk or not talk about whatever you want! :) Chin up girl.. it's a long tough road, but you need to be positive for those around you. big hug for you today!
